Welcome to Bluecast Technologies Private Limited! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and CRM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, available at https://www.bluecast.tech (the “Website”) and provided by Bluecast Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By signing up for, accessing, or using BlueCReM, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. Subscription & Payment
1.1 Subscription Plan
- BlueCReM is offered on a monthly subscription model at a rate of ₹999 per month, payable in advance.
- Subscription may be renewed by payment through bank or automatically every month unless cancelled by the user paying (as and when this feature is enabled in the website)
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee from your selected payment method.
1.2 Payment Terms
- Payments must be made using approved payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or others available on the Website) or through bank payments.
- The subscription price does not include taxes, duties, or additional transaction fees (if applicable).
1.3 Refund Policy
- If you are dissatisfied with BlueCReM, you may request a refund of the subscription charges for the current month.
- Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days after payment by contacting info@bluecast.tech
- Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the seven-day period or for previous months.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
2.1 Account Creation
- To use BlueCReM, you must create an account by providing accurate name, email, company details, and payment information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at info@bluecast.tech if you suspect unauthorized account access.
2.2 User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
✔ Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
✔ Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
✔ Copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
✔ Attempt to access other users’ data or compromise system security.
3. Data Privacy & Security
3.1 Data Storage & Security
- Each customer’s data is stored in a partitioned database to ensure data isolation and security.
- We use encryption and other security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
3.2 Third-Party Integrations
- BlueCReM integrates with third-party services, including:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for messaging and CRM automation.
- Gmail & Microsoft Outlook for email synchronization.
- Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) for transactions.
- Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. License & Intellectual Property
4.1 License Grant
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlueCReM for your internal business operations.
- This license does not grant you ownership of any software or intellectual property.
4.2 Intellectual Property Rights
- BlueCReM, its logo, software, content, and trademarks are owned by Bluecast Technologies Private Limited.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from our Service without prior written consent.
5. Service Availability & Support
5.1 Availability
- We strive to keep BlueCReM available 24/7, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5.2 Customer Support
- Support is available via email at info@bluecast.tech and live chat during business hours.
- We aim to respond to support queries within 48 business hours.
6. Termination & Cancellation
6.1 Cancellation by User
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle (no partial-month refunds).
6.2 Termination by Company
We may suspend or terminate your access to BlueCReM if:
✔ You violate these Terms.
✔ You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
✔ Your payment fails and remains unresolved for 7 days.
Upon termination, we may permanently delete your data after 90 days, unless required by law to retain it.
7. Limitation of Liability
- BlueCReM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three (3) months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluecast Technologies Private Limited from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:
✔ Your violation of these Terms.
✔ Your misuse of the Service.
✔ Your violation of third-party rights (e.g., data protection laws).
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Kerala, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in courts of Kochi, Kerala in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Website. Continued use of BlueCReM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
